MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order is delayed, hasn’t arrived, or you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email, phone, or our contact form. We will do our best to help you and provide a quick solution.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
If you’ve entered an incorrect address and your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to modify it. However, once the shipping confirmation has been sent, we are unable to make any changes.
In the event that the package cannot be delivered and is returned to our studio, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs, even if your initial shipping was free.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If you aren’t home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually try a second attempt or leave your package at a nearby pick-up point. You will receive a notification (via SMS or email) with instructions on how to collect it or reschedule.
Please keep an eye on your tracking link to avoid the package being returned to our studio, as re-shipping costs would apply.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS PLACED CORRECTLY?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
TRACKING NUMBER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
CAN I STACK DISCOUNT CODES?
Once you have entered your discount code, you can check at checkout if it can be combined with other offers.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
RETURN POLICY
At Buatía, we manufacture everything on demand with no existing stock. When you place an order, we create your products from scratch, specifically for you. For this reason, and due to hygiene standards, all sales are final—items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
Please make sure to choose your size carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we can issue a digital gift card for the total amount, valid for 60 days.
Please note that once the order has been processed or manufactured, cancellations are no longer possible.
WARRANTY
If you notice any issues or defects with your product before use, please contact us and we will do our best to find the best possible solution.
At Buatía, we offer a 30-day warranty period from the date of delivery. After this period, we are not responsible for any damage or issues that may arise.
PRODUCTS
CARE GUIDE
To keep your pieces in perfect condition for as long as possible, please avoid leaving them exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
For necklaces with cords, do not store them knotted to prevent progressive wear and tear. Additionally, avoid contact between the cord and water, lotions, perfumes, or other liquids.
ALLERGIES
Our earring hooks and studs are made of surgical-grade stainless steel. For our gold-finished pieces, they are 18K gold-plated.
ARE THE PRODUCTS HEAVY?
All our products are lightweight and weigh significantly less than most traditional costume jewelry.
WHO DESIGNS AND MAKES OUR PRODUCTS?
Every Buatía piece is designed and manufactured by us in Madrid, Spain. We take pride in using only raw materials sourced locally within the country.
PACKAGING
We are currently working on producing most of our packaging in-house. By repurposing leftover materials, we create exclusive pieces designed to be reused as functional objects in your daily life.
